Established in 2018 by Lance Votruba, TRI Project Solutions is a Development and Construction Consulting firm that provides comprehensive Owners Representative and Construction Consulting services leveraging over two decades of experience on over 6 million square feet of projects in nine different states. Project experience ranges from commercial to educational, industrial to medical, and recreational to master planning. Services include budgeting, feasibility analysis and due diligence. Also design, construction, and closeout oversight.

About Lance Votruba

Lance Votruba founded TRI Project Solutions to share his unique capabilities and wide-ranging skill set developed over the course of decades as an Owner’s Representative and Construction Consultant. He has managed more than 6 million square feet of construction and over $3 billion in budgets, including the Omaha Performing Arts campus expansion, Baxter Arena, and the Jackson Dinsdale Art Center. Votruba’s proven, strategic experience has made a lasting impact in the skylines of numerous midwestern cities.

From a young age, Votruba has been a part of the construction industry, working summers and school breaks for his hometown contractor until leaving for college at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Votruba is guided by his principlesꟷto be honest, genuine, thoughtful, and to do the right thing, not the easy thing. His relationship management expertise is a key part of his success in the construction industry, working with architects, general contractors, jurisdictional authorities, construction managers, engineers, boards of directors, publicly elected officials, and numerous consultants and specialty firms.

Votruba, who holds a Class A contractors license and is a LEED Accredited Professional, graduated from UNL with a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management in 1999. He is active in several Omaha area community and professional organizations including the Business Ethics Alliance, the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce, the Design Build Institute of America, and multiple educational advisory boards.
