The Midtown Crossing mixed-use development replaced underutilized parking lots and vacant buildings and revitalized the area and provides a gateway to the Midtown neighborhood.

The project consisted of seven buildings with 500 condominium and apartment units. Over 220,000sf of retail, dining and entertainment spaces, Prairie Life Fitness and a Marcus Theater with dine in seating.

A 132 room LEED Silver Element hotel, LEED Certified Neighborhood Development and parking for over 3,000 vehicles was also created.
