The completion of food pantries at the Juan Diego Center and 93rd & Bedford locations allow Catholic Charities to continue to fulfill their mission of serving the community. The renovations include truck access, new coolers/ freezers, dry good storage, and food preparation spaces.

YMCA – Charles Lakin Park Project
The project includes a court for basketball and pickleball, a walking trail, playground equipment, a pavilion, and more. The park is expected to be used by YMCA members, youth sports, summer day camp outings, among other community groups.
Hurley McDonald Classroom and Mechanical Renovation
Classroom renovations and an upgraded mechanical system within the Hurley McDonald Building on the Hastings College campus provides a more efficient building and a better learning environment. Abatement, space re-allocation, upgraded finishes, boiler system, fan coil and control upgrades as well as technological upgrades makes these spaces great for students and staff.
Catholic Charities Headquarters
This two-story renovation serves as Catholic Charities new Headquarters in Omaha NE. The 36,000sf headquarters consolidates various services and locations. It also includes a large community food pantry.

Ronald McDonald House Charities
The project consists of a build out of approximately 2,900 sf in the existing Ronald McDonald House Charities facility. The space includes infusion, conference, fitness, break and play areas. Additionally, an exterior 1/3 mile pathway/trail that includes interactive features near the building connects with neighboring campuses.
Liquid Fertilizer Plant
A new liquid fertilizer production facility designed to reduce costs for farmers in the region and produce “zero- carbon” ammonia. Fertilizer is produced with 100 percent renewable energy.
