Lauritzen Gardens – Conservatory Phase I
The project provides updates to one of Omaha Botanical Gardens feature spaces. Advanced air circulation, watering, subdrainage, environment system upgrades, water features, safety lighting, grow lighting and theatrical lighting upgrades transform the facility for future enjoyment.
CHI Convention Center Expansion
To fulfill meeting room and convention space needs, the project consists of a multi-level conference center expansion. The expansion includes flexible size meeting rooms, large pre-function spaces as well as vertical circulation, and back of house spaces. The addition spans over the existing truck docks.
